Job Title: Criminal Lawyer

Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote (United States Only)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Criminal Lawyers to contribute their legal expertise to an innovative project focused on advancing legal technology. In this role, you will help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated legal content related to criminal law. No prior AI experience is required—your legal knowledge, analytical skills, and criminal law expertise are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze legal documents, court filings, and case materials to support AI system development.
Draft, edit, and annotate legal scenarios, arguments, and opinions related to criminal law.
Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, ethical considerations, and legal standards.
Identify complex legal concepts, procedural issues, and emerging trends in criminal law.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI-generated legal outputs.
Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical teams to clarify requirements and deliverables.
Summarize legal information and communicate findings through clear written and verbal feedback.
Stay updated on relevant statutes, case law, and procedural developments.

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed to practice law with demonstrated expertise in criminal law and procedure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience reviewing, analyzing, or summarizing legal documents and case files.
Ability to collaborate effectively in remote and technology-driven environments.
Interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, or interdisciplinary legal projects is a plus.
