Stipend: $2,000/Week
W2 Pay: $19/Hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide lactation education and breastfeeding support to postpartum mothers
• Assess feeding challenges and create individualized care plans
• Support newborn feeding, maternal bonding, and postpartum recovery
• Collaborate with postpartum nurses, pediatricians, and physicians
• Document patient care and education accurately in EPIC

• Weekly gross pay of $2,608
• $2,000 weekly stipend package

• Every other weekend required

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current NRP Certification
• Required: IBCLC or CLC Certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of Lactation RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Updated resume with recent matching specialty experience
• 2 recent Charge RN / Manager / Supervisor references
• NURSYS verification report (within the last 7 days)
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
