CNC Operator / CNC Setup Technician | 1st Shift | Up to $45/hr | 4-Day Work Week

Pay: $19.00-$45.00/hour DOE
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4-Day Work Week Available

Available Positions

CNC Operator

Pay: $19.00-$25.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills and lathes
Load and unload raw materials
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Make basic tool offsets and machine adjustments
Read blueprints and work instructions
Maintain quality and production standards

Qualifications

1+ year of CNC machining or machine operation preferred
Experience with calipers and micrometers
Ability to read blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

CNC Setup Technician / CNC Machinist

Pay: $21.00-$45.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities

Set up CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines
Edit offsets and troubleshoot machining issues
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Read blueprints and GD&T
Assist operators during production
Ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications

3+ years of CNC setup or machining experience
Experience with Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, or similar CNC controls is a plus
Blueprint reading and inspection experience
Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday | 7:00 AM-11:00 AM
