Job Summary The Patient Care Tech (PCT) is a member of the patient care services team with primary responsibilities for technical, mulitskilled direct and indirect patient care activities. The PCT works under the supervision of the licensed nurse who delegates tasks based on patient needs, PCT skill level, and abilities. The PCT provides care for the adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Schedule Shift - Hours PRN - Day or Night shifts - 6:45am-7:15pm Qualifications Preferred: High School Diploma. Completion of High School or GED required. Less than 2 years of experience: Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous acute care CNA experience preferred. CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider Specific Requirements Minimum of 17 years of age required.
