Electric Pallet Jack Operator

CoWorx is seeking experienced and dependable Electric Pallet Jack Operators to join our warehouse team in Monroe, NJ. This position is responsible for safely transporting materials throughout the warehouse, moving products from loading areas to staging locations, and assisting with general warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working both on and off the electric pallet jack and performing physical warehouse duties.

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Move materials from loading areas to designated staging locations
• Load, unload, transport, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Work on and off the electric pallet jack as needed to support operations
• Lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs
• Assist with pallet organization, product sorting, and inventory movement
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations

Desired Background/Skills

• Previous electric pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work required overtime
