We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform a wide range of duties including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and groundskeeping. You will work a steady weekday schedule, mostly indoors. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Production machine installation, repair and maintenance
• Assist with facility renovations and upgrades

Requirements:

• Vo Tech or technical school certification in general maintenance, apprenticeship or shop classes
• Valid driver's license required
• Industrial and/or commercial maintenance background
• EPA 608 HVAC certification preferred
• Electrical background that includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems
• Knowledge of single and three phase systems
• Ability to service HVAC equipment
• Ability to read schematics
• Ability to perform all work following safe work practices and procedures
