Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to secure detailed diagnostic images for medical evaluations
  • Team up with radiologists and healthcare professionals to enhance diagnostic accuracy
  • Skillfully position patients and optimize equipment settings for ideal imaging results
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff alike
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
  • Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging journey
  • Foster a safe, efficient, and well-organized imaging workspace
Requirements
  • Completion of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Graduation from a recognized radiology program
Mandatory Certifications
  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
  • Active BLS certification or ability to secure it within three months of employment
Essential Skills
  • Expertise in imaging protocols and radiation safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt swiftly to diverse challenges

  • Comfort in utilizing PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging software
