Role: IT Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Must-Have:

8+ years in management consulting, strategy, or organizational transformation
Focused on change, transformation, and operating model expertise
Experience driving change, business process redesign, or operating model improvements
Proven ability to analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions
Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking & problem-structuring skills
Ability to design/redefine operating rhythms, governance, and cross-functional workflows
Proficient in executive-ready deliverables: decks, frameworks, narratives
Track record of implementing changes and supporting adoption independently
