Come make a difference in the lives of adults with mental health disorders! We are looking to add dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to our team in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to adults with mental health disorders in a residential or outpatient setting.
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and any incidents.
- Support clients in daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
