At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in the suburban Philadelphia — you’ll be a helping hand in the overall dining experience of our community in the place our residents call home. Embrace being a key player of Viva Memory Care at Dresher with efficiency, adaptability, and creativity. What You’ll Do Cook – Follow recipes provided and plate food in a pleasing way to create a memorable dining experience for residents. Sanitize – Follow daily cleaning schedule for kitchen and dining room to maintain cleanliness. Collaboration – Connect with fellow staff to understand dietary needs, preferences, and medical accommodations. Safety – Ensure proper food preparation per Serve Safe and state regulations to protect residents from food‑borne illnesses. We Offer Competitive Salary. Paid time off, 401K. Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
