This role ensures the property attracts, hires, and retains exceptional hospitality talent across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, and Leadership roles. The manager partners closely with department heads, HR leadership, and the resort's executive team to deliver a seamless, service-driven hiring experience that reflects the resort's brand, culture, and guest-service standards.Strategic Recruitment LeadershipDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for seasonal, full-time, part-time, and on-call roles.Forecast hiring needs based on business levels, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.Build strong partnerships with resort leadership to understand workforce planning and talent gaps.Maintain a deep understanding of the resort's service culture to ensure candidate alignment.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality or resort environments.Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.High level of professionalism, discretion and service-oriented mindset.Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
