Ensure system reliability and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate progress and facilitate change Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with technology operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that enhance system functionality and user experience.Key Experience and Skills Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify platforms.
