Program Assistant

Job Summary The Program Assistant will support the Heart & Vascular department, supporting Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery programs at Ernst Cardiovascular Center. Essential Functions Data entry, clerical and computer tasks Maintains the database Files and copies paperwork/charts Completes reports Answers phones Completes chart audits Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
