Show a fourth grader how to test their fish tank water, all while creating a fun, welcoming experience. Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift. Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time. Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations. Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues. Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment. Reconcile cash drawers and complete end‑of‑day procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods. Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Enjoy working with pets and people. Requirements and Responsibilities 2+ years of retail experience. Strong customer service and sales skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks. Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).
