About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing and Recruitment to join its Leadership Group. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development and execution of the Institute's marketing strategy and student recruitment efforts. This role is pivotal in driving the performance of both direct and digital channels, with a focus on revenue growth and the creation of new opportunities. The Head of Marketing and Recruitment will also be responsible for leading a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that all marketing and recruitment activities align with the Institute's long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing and Recruitment position at the company will be a motivated leader with a deep understanding of higher education marketing and recruitment. They should have a proven track record in proactive management and meeting student recruitment targets, as well as a creative approach to developing effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the CEO to implement the Institute's strategic plan, leading the marketing strategy, and overseeing the annual student recruitment planning process. The role requires a leader who can manage a variety of marketing activities, including planning, segmentation, campaign execution, events, online and direct marketing, social media, and public relations. Experience in successful social media and brand campaigns, managing global networks, and a thorough knowledge of Customer Management Systems is also essential.
