What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent haircuts, color, and styling services to a diverse, walk-in-friendly clientele
• Build genuine relationships with clients who keep coming back — and bring their friends and family
• Stay current on trends and techniques through ongoing training opportunities
• Work as part of a collaborative team that supports each other on busy days
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment

What We're Looking For

• Active cosmetology license in Minnesota
• A genuine passion for hair and making people feel their best
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Reliability and a team-player mindset
• Experience preferred, but we welcome recent cosmetology school grads with the right energy and drive
