You will focus on building strong car buying behaviors, disciplined activity execution, and personal accountability while learning the fundamentals of professional vehicle acquisition. As a Territorial Vehicle Acquisition Specialist I, you will travel between branch locations in Lancaster, Reading and Pottstown. In this role you are responsible for selling a service—helping customers confidently choose us as the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to sell their vehicle. You will develop the ability to influence customer decisions and convert interest into completed vehicle acquisitions by positioning our service as the best solution. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop quickly, compete daily, and earn advancement through measurable results.You'll gain hands-on sales experience in a competitive environment, receive coaching from experienced leaders, and have a clear path to advance by proving your performance. This role is intentionally structured as the first step in a multi-level car buying career trajectory. Advancement decisions are based on documented performance, consistency, and readiness for expanded responsibility, not tenure.What You'll Do Contact vehicle sellers via phone, email, and approved digital channels. Treat every lead, appointment, and interaction as a car buying opportunity. Build rapport quickly and influence customers to choose our service, guiding conversations toward scheduled appointments. Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity expectations. Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate pipeline tracking. Convert qualified leads into completed vehicle acquisitions through effective follow-up and customer engagement. Support vehicle evaluations and pricing discussions while reinforcing the value and convenience of our service. Maintain accurate documentation and system entries to support compliant transactions. Participate actively in car buying contests, leaderboards, and performance challenges.
