Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist OpportunityWe're looking for a physical therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active Florida Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience or strong interest in orthopedics preferred. New graduates are welcome; a 3-month ramp-up with a lighter schedule is provided for new graduates.Comfort working in an outpatient clinic setting and with WebPT EMR.Ability to manage an average caseload of approximately 12 visits per day (range 10–16+ depending on scheduling and cancellations).Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, stress management, and effective communication in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to consider relocation candidates.Benefits:Full medical package through BlueCross BlueShield (multiple plan options), dental, and vision.Short-term and long-term disability and basic life insurance.Employer retirement contribution of 5% after one year (automatic company contribution).CEU reimbursement up to $1,200 per year.Professional dues reimbursed up to $480 per year.License renewal costs covered.Productivity-based bonus opportunities available.Work Environment and Team:Outpatient clinic with a collaborative culture.
