Senior Product Manager – Technical, Marketing Technology Platform The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical with MarTech experience to build and scale our marketing technology and journey orchestration platform. This team drives Prime Video growth by maximizing customer engagement through automated, personalized marketing touchpoints across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and paid channels. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for a portion of our marketing technology platform – tools and interfaces that empower business teams to operate effectively. This cross‑functional role requires working with engineering, science, marketing, and design teams to enable tooling capabilities that optimize the Prime Video customer experience off‑app. You will be an analytical, data‑driven, customer‑focused leader, responsible for end‑to‑end ownership and delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while keeping customers’ best interests in mind at all times. Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portion of the marketing technology platform Define and build tools and interfaces that empower business teams to operate effectively Partner with engineering, science, marketing, and design teams to enable tooling capabilities Drive initiatives that optimize the Prime Video customer experience off‑app Take end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives from ideation through delivery Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions About the Team Prime Video is a first‑stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios‑produced series and movies, licensed fan favorites, and programming from Prime Video add‑on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads. Prime Video’s technology teams create best‑in‑class digital video experiences, and as a technologist you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state‑of‑the‑art experiences. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of technical product or program management experience 3+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience Bachelor’s degree Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience managing technical products or online services Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning Experience building or managing messaging, CRM, or journey orchestration platforms Experience building self‑service tooling or configuration UIs for non‑technical business users Preferred Qualifications Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience building and driving adoption of new tools Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations Amazon is an equal‑opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base salary range for this position is USD 151,200.00 – 204,600.00 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
