TrailWest Bank is seeking a confident individual to fill a role in our Missoula Call Center as a Teller and Customer Service Representative . Are you a motivated individual, looking for an exciting career at a growing local community bank? If so, read on!

The Customer Service Representative/Teller position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Also, we have a generous benefits package that includes PTO, a 401k Plan, and paid holidays. With a seven day per week schedule and extended hours of operations, the Call Center has both full- and part-time shift options available.

We are seeking a positive, team-oriented candidate to provide exceptional customer service while they represent our bank when processing transactions, responding to questions, referring our services, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Displaying an engaging, on-screen presence, positive attitude, and effective communication style through video conferencing.
• Providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers while processing their transactions.
• Effectively assisting customers with a wide variety of transactions, account maintenance, troubleshooting online banking issues, and handling general inquiries and information requests.
• Learning and maintaining technological skills for the operation of the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
• Handling email correspondence in a professional manner; responding to customer requests and inquiries promptly via email.
• Ability to balance and prioritize a variety of tasks and customer service issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently process transactions.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, processes, and procedures in a timely manner.
• Must possess a professional demeanor and ability to effectively communicate via email and video conference.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work digital branch hours, including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays

1+ years of experience in a teller or new account sales/support position with a financial institution is preferred.
