~$140–$200K OTE | Lead a Team That's Already Winning | New Orleans, LA We're not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We need a Sales Manager who builds something, who walks into a room and the team performs better because of it. You'll lead a team of comfort advisors selling residential and light commercial HVAC - setting the strategy, running the plays, and owning the scoreboard. You'll be in the field coaching reps, in the data finding edges, and in the room making the calls that move the business forward. Here’s what makes this role different: You're not inheriting a broken team. This is a growth-stage operation with solid bones, your job is to take it to the next level. You'll have real authority. Budget input, hiring influence, process ownership. We don't hire leaders and then micromanage them. The comp plan rewards results. Base salary + uncapped performance bonuses tied directly to what your team produces. What the job actually looks like day‑to‑day: Setting and executing against monthly/quarterly sales targets alongside senior leadership Coaching reps in the field - ride-alongs, call reviews, deal strategy sessions Aligning your team with dispatch, service, and install operations so nothing falls through the cracks Reviewing performance data weekly and turning it into specific, actionable coaching Training technicians on comfort advisor handoffs that increase trust and close rates Building the sales culture — accountability, recognition, and a standard people are proud to hit What we’re looking for: 3+ years leading an in-home or field sales team (HVAC preferred, but strong in-home sales leadership absolutely counts) Track record of developing reps, not just managing them Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and using data to drive decisions Cross-functional communicator who earns respect from ops, service, and leadership alike Someone who coaches with specifics, not slogans Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (OTE ~$140–$200K OTE +, depending on experience) 401(k) with 4% company match 3 Anthem medical plan options — including a 100% employer-paid plan Dental & vision with orthodontia and eyewear coverage Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
