No professional care experience? No problem. We provide paid training and can help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA). What You’ll Do Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Companionship, conversation, and encouragement Meal preparation and medication reminders Light housekeeping and household routines Transportation, errands, shopping, and appointments Helping seniors and Veterans remain safe and independent at home Pay and Benefits Starting at $19.75 per hour Higher starting pay for licensed HCAs and CNAs Flexible part-time schedules Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities Paid training HCA training and testing assistance Continuing education Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid sick time Employee referral bonuses Support from our local office team 24 hours a day Benefit eligibility may depend on employment status and hours worked.
