Maintenance Technician- Nightshift

Maintenance Position

The Maintenance role involves performing duties to maintain and repair a variety of production and plant facility equipment, supporting the Maintenance Manager in ordering parts and standardizing components. The position assists in installation, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment and is responsible for ongoing facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Essential Functions:

• Perform duties to maintain and repair a variety of production and plant facility equipment and assist the Maintenance Manager in ordering parts, supplies and equipment as well as standardize components and maintain repair inventories.
• Assist in the installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
• Responsible for the repair, adjustments and ongoing maintenance of facilities
• Perform periodic tests or checks on all electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Perform regular checks on all building equipment such as pumps, chillers, compressors, and power systems as required
• Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns, make repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Interacts with and provides guidance to management in determining the best engineering solutions for efficient production runs
