Lawn Doctor of Desoto County is a locally owned and operated franchise serving Desoto County, & other surrounding areas in North Mississippi for 24 Years. As the region’s leading lawn care provider, we specialize in lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control services.

We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Lawn Technician to join our growing team here at Lawn Doctor of Desoto County. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
• Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks 
• Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field 
• Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience 
• Maintain high productivity and quality service standards

• Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
