Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the Night Shift at our facility located in Syracuse, NY .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing personnel as a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor.

• Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.

• Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.

• Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace by adhering to established rules and regulations.

• Safeguard resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.

• Document all resident care services accurately and thoroughly.

• Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is essential.

• Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director for all staff members.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-Prescribing systems is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills are necessary.

• Basic computer proficiency is required.
