Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team in Hudson, WI. Location: 2501 Hanley Road, Suite 101, Hudson, WI 54016 Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Your Role As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. What You'll Need Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota and in Wisconsin. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment. Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
