Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge | Carneys Point, NJ $35–$40/hour | PRN Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge . In this skilled nursing setting, you'll help residents practice the skills needed for personal care and daily routines, working closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist throughout their rehabilitation. What You'll Do Provide treatment within the OT's established plan, tailoring activities to residents' goals and assistance needs. Guide residents through dressing, grooming, toileting, and bathing practice. Use prescribed functional activities to address upper-extremity abilities, coordination, and endurance. Help residents apply adaptive equipment techniques and energy conservation strategies during daily tasks. Communicate changes in performance, comfort, or participation to the supervising OT. Document treatment and resident responses, coordinating with nursing and therapy colleagues to support consistent care. What We Offer $35–$40 per hour. PRN assignments coordinated with your availability and rehabilitation coverage needs. Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral. Support from therapy leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification. Strong observation skills and a thoughtful approach to resident care. Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain clear, timely documentation.
