Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Scrum Master for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress. Responsibilities ExhibitLean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.Identifyand work to mitigate impediments Facilitateall team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective Guide the team in estimating the team’s work Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality,flow,and velocity Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application quality Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist with data mapping Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships) Clear written communication and documentation skills Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team Experience with Agile Project Management (Intermediate) Experience with Business requirement Analysis (Intermediate) Experience with Jira (Intermediate) Must be able to work independently, withminimal oversight. Able to develop strong client relationships.
