Job Title and Location Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Avondale, AZ. Job Summary Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for adults and adolescents. Responsibilities include case management, gross motor assessment, and delivering treatment for a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. An active license must be presented on the first day. Responsibilities Case management for patients. Conduct gross motor assessments. Deliver outpatient physical therapy services. Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist licensure. Outpatient PT experience with adults and adolescents. At least 1 year of experience. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, e.g., NextGen. Preferred Qualifications Additional outpatient experience. Job Details Start Date: 07/06/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 per week (8 hour days, days shift). Schedule: 5 days × 8 hours; may be 4 days × 10 hours. Pay package: based on 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week, tax‑free stipend to be determined. Dress code: business casual. Typical workload: 5055 visits per week.
