About the Position

Job Title: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: Interventional Cardiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:00 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN Certifications: RRT or RCIS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Diagnostic and interventional procedures Description: IR experience is required. Occasional IR procedures include vascular embolization, ports, vascular stenting, and nephrostomy tube placement. Orientation is bi-weekly. The facility is committed to serving a diverse population. It is located in a beautiful high desert region. The area offers various outdoor and recreational opportunities. Local attractions include wine tasting, exploring state and national parks, and historical sites. The unit is equipped with GE technology for fluoroscopy and is transitioning to new hemodynamic monitoring systems. Patient care focuses on adult populations. A team player mentality is essential for this role. Common diagnoses and treatments include coronary artery disease. Candidates should possess skills in manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, IMPELLA, IABP, and pre/post procedures.
