Operations Analyst

An established investment firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Global Banking & Markets - FICC Operations team within Commodities Confirmations, ASAP. This onsite role in Dallas, TX requires 5 days/week in the office and is a 6-month contract with potential for extension . This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to gain exposure to global commodities markets and develop expertise in financial operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and process breaks Partner with internal teams to improve risk management and operational efficiency Support physically delivered and derivative transactions across the Americas Assist in technology infrastructure changes and regulatory initiatives Enhance operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience in financial services operations preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in Middle Office, Settlements, Documentation, or Trade Support is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft applications Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and solve problems proactively #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
