Project Executive - Commercial

We are seeking a commercially focused Project Executive to support the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who can coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain strong commercial oversight and build effective relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.


The role will involve assisting with project mobilisation, planning and governance, while monitoring progress against agreed scope, budget, programme and quality standards. You will prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, action logs, risk registers and commercial records, ensuring information is accurate, current and readily available. You will support procurement and contract administration activities, review quotations and variations, track costs and commitments, and help identify and manage commercial risks. The successful candidate will also coordinate meetings, produce clear updates for stakeholders, follow up on actions and contribute to the resolution of project issues. Where required, you will support negotiations, change control, payment processes and the preparation of forecasts and management information.


Applicants should have experience in a project, commercial, contract administration or business support environment, ideally within construction, property, infrastructure, engineering or a related sector. You will need strong organisational and analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, together with confidence working with budgets, spreadsheets, project systems and formal documentation. A methodical approach, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively are key. Experience with contract processes, procurement, cost reporting or project management methodologies would be advantageous. The role may suit someone developing their career who is keen to take on broader project and commercial responsibilities.
