State Eligibility Consultant

The State Eligibility Consultant processes and reviews applications, changes, and redeterminations for SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF benefits within the Division of Family Resources. The role ensures accuracy and integrity of benefits by making eligibility determinations, conducting interviews, and reviewing case information in compliance with state and federal regulations. The consultant also provides feedback for quality improvement and may assist in supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
