The pay range for LPNs is $31.00-$33.60 per hour depending on experience and education.

The pay range for RNs is $41.00-$44.80 per hour depending on experience and education.

Flexbile shifts available: evenings and weekends.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities.

As a nurse at Devereux,you will use your expertise in the field to make a positive impact on our clients and families by playing an integral role in admission assessments; assessing individuals; collecting and documenting individual's current health status and medical history; administering medications; and assisting with initial treatment plans and treatment planning process.Strong communication skills are required as communicating information related to theindividual'smedical care and behavior with the treatment team including the psychiatrist is key. You will be responsible for oversight of assigned case load of individuals residing in our group homes, and work collaboratively with team members, external agencies, and/or guardians.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

• Must hold a current RN or LPN license by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing.

• Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.

• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
