Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role supports the marketing team in researching amd contacting potential fits for our production. The Marketing Assistant conducts basic market research and supports outreach efforts to potential partners, clients, and viewers. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining contact databases, and assisting with event or production-related marketing logistics. The role works closely with production and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support campaign execution, lead follow-up, and promotional outreach.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media platforms and basic CRM tools is beneficial).
- Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced production environment; prior experience in media, entertainment, or marketing is a plus.
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is preferred.
