What You Will Do:

• Operate a wind tunnel used for the qualification and testing of air data sensors.

• Assist engineers with upgrading the wind tunnels to improve long-term functionality.

• Troubleshoot wind tunnels when there are failures.

• Assist engineers with the analysis of data obtained in the wind tunnels.

What You Will Learn:

• How to operate as a part of an engineering team.

• How physical changes on air data sensors translate to measured parameters.

• How an air data sensor is tested in a wind tunnel to ensure it is ready for use on an airplane.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Test Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Experience working in a laboratory environment.

• Experience with data analysis.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
