Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to tackle specific issues experienced by clients. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, aligning with HIPAA standards to uphold the privacy and safety of client information. \n
- Engage in collaborative teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to deliver cohesive care that addresses the full spectrum of a client’s mental health needs. \n
- Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and improve care quality across the board. \n
- Offer education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care. \n
- Commit to continuous professional development by staying current on the latest research and clinical advancements in the mental health field. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado. \n
- Proficient understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling tailored approaches for individual client needs. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with critical thinking to assess and respond to diverse clinical scenarios. \n
- A commitment to teamwork, embracing a collaborative approach that values diverse perspectives in treatment. \n

- Previous experience in a community health or clinic setting, particularly providing telehealth services. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance communication and documentation. \n
