Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual speech and language needs. Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents to achieve student communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Actively participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
