Senior People Business Partner, Global Operations Remote

Whatnot, a fast-growing live commerce platform, is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to guide our global Operations People strategy across Customer Experience, Trust & Risk, and Fraud. You will partner with leaders from VP to frontline managers, design org structure, workforce planning, performance cycles, and people programs, while ensuring alignment with business goals and a remote-first culture. This role supports a mostly hourly frontline workforce and requires strong data literacy, #J-18808-Ljbffr Whatnot
