Physical Therapist - $80K-95K per year

Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a position at our Outpatient Sports Center of Excellence located in Sun City, AZ. The role involves delivering high quality care to patients ranging from active youth to older adults, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and athletic patient care. Location 25101 North Lake Pleasant Parkway, Suite B-1340, Peoria, AZ 85383 Schedule Full Time, Monday – Friday Compensation Salaried: $80,000 – $95,000 annual, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and remain compliant with state, local, and federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors. Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school. Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice. CPR certification.
