Event Assistant - Entry Level

We're hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on, people-focused position for individuals who enjoy being active, meeting new people, and working as part of a team. No previous event, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is required. Paid training and hands‑on coaching are provided. What You’ll Do Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community activities Represent brands and nonprofit organizations professionally Welcome and engage with event attendees Answer questions and provide campaign information Assist with event registration and information areas Support promotional displays and event materials Participate in customer and community outreach Help create an energetic and positive event environment Work alongside team members to accomplish event goals Participate in training and team development activities Who We're Looking For We're interested in candidates who are: Outgoing and personable Comfortable meeting new people Energetic and motivated Dependable and professional Team-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Interested in events, promotions, marketing, customer service, sales, or community outreach This is an entry-level position, so previous experience is not required.
