Pay & Schedule Overview

• Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (based on experience) + shift differentials

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

• Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Weekend Dedicated

• Shift Times:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday options)

  • Weekend Dedicated: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)

LPN Daily Responsibilities

• Administer scheduled medications, insulin, and specialized treatments safely and accurately.

• Provide clean, routine wound care and skin assessments per physician orders.

• Monitor resident clinical status, record vitals, and report changes in condition to the attending physician and RN supervisor.

• Partner with and guide your assigned CNAs to ensure resident comfort, hygiene, and scheduled turn routines.

• Document shift assessments, medication passes, and clinical notes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

LPN Qualifications

• License: Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or active reciprocity / pending new graduate status).

• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS Certification.

• Experience: All experience levels welcome — experienced LPNs looking for schedule consistency and motivated New Graduates seeking hands-on mentorship are encouraged to apply.
