CNC Saw / Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday? We are hiring a CNC Saw/Machine Operator for a growing manufacturer in Grafton! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a permanent employee.

1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

STARTING PAY:

$20.00-$22.00/hour , based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Operate a CNC Band Saw to cut raw materials according to work orders and specifications.
Load materials onto the machine and adjust machine settings as needed.
Measure materials to ensure accurate cuts and quality.
Operate a CNC belt sander and various sanding/polishing tools.
Move raw materials from storage racks to the production area using carts.
Stack, package, and prepare finished materials for the next stage of production.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

The position is approximately 60% CNC saw operation and 40% sanding/polishing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous CNC experience is required.
Previous saw experience is required.
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions.
Comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic.
