Pay: $45,000 - 55,000 annually, plus commission

- Train and mentor Call Center Representatives on prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Coach team members on identifying key decision-makers and qualifying potential business opportunities.
- Monitor daily activities and performance metrics to ensure progress toward team goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback, support, and development to maximize team success.
- Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring consistent prospecting and lead qualification efforts.
- Track and manage team performance against established goals and quotas.
- Analyze results and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Foster a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales, customer service, or call center environment a MUST .
- Previous call center, inside sales, or development experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
