Position: Call Center Supervisor


Location: Texarkana


Hours: M-F, 8a-5p


Pay: $45,000 - 55,000 annually, plus commission


Benefits: Full benefits once perm

Position Summary: The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Call Center Representatives. This role focuses on driving prospecting efforts, identifying qualified business opportunities, and supporting the sales process by ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. The supervisor will monitor team performance, provide ongoing training, and help achieve departmental goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor Call Center Representatives on prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Coach team members on identifying key decision-makers and qualifying potential business opportunities.
• Monitor daily activities and performance metrics to ensure progress toward team goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback, support, and development to maximize team success.
• Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring consistent prospecting and lead qualification efforts.
• Track and manage team performance against established goals and quotas.
• Analyze results and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Foster a positive, goal-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales, customer service, or call center environment a MUST .
• Previous call center, inside sales, or development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
