What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll help homeowners stay comfortable by delivering expert service, maintenance, repair, and installation solutions.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Performing maintenance and system tune-ups
• Completing HVAC equipment and accessory installations
• Educating customers on repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality, and service plans
• Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience
• Communicating clearly with customers and the office team
• Completing jobs thoroughly and efficiently

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

• At least 3yrs of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
• Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Have your own tools
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Commercial experience
• Service Titan experience

Pay & Growth Opportunities

This position offers performance-based pay ranging from 15%–25% of the completed job ticket, depending on job type. Additional earning opportunities are available through spiffs and sales commissions.

There is no cap on earning potential—the more efficiently you perform and the value you provide to customers, the more you can earn.
