Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician
MedSource Consultants
Board-Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician opportunity in an established and growing practice with strong regional referral support. Blend of inpatient ICU coverage and outpatient pulmonary medicine within a high-acuity, well-supported clinical environment. Opportunity to perform interventional pulmonary procedures with initial volume up to 100 cases annually and strong growth potential. Work alongside an experienced physician team with excellent specialty collaboration and robust clinical infrastructure. Competitive compensation package of $450,000-$550,000 with production bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment eligibility. Includes generous PTO, CME, malpractice with tail, retirement benefits, and a strong Midwest community offering exceptional quality of life.
