Advisor, Communications Review- Supervision

Job Description Summary The Communications Review Team comprises the advertising, hard‑copy correspondence review, social media, and e‑mail review teams. Social Media Reviewers analyze various social media communications to detect concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, and enforce firm policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct compliance reviews of social media communications using reports and systems, ensuring adherence to industry rules. Communicate supervisory concerns to associates and resolve related disputes. Monitor securities/regulatory developments and apply them appropriately. Interpret, recommend, and implement policy changes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In‑depth knowledge of SEC, FINRA, state securities agencies, and FDIC regulations. Understanding of company structure, policies, mission, and strategies. Familiarity with general office practices and procedures. Knowledge of securities and banking compliance, including retail suitability issues. Grasp of banking, finance, and securities industry operations. Proficiency with office equipment, software, and electronic communication tools. Detail orientation to minimize regulatory risk without compromising workflow. Effective communication skills—both written and verbal—across all organizational levels. Ability to independently manage multiple detailed tasks and projects. Strong customer‑service orientation. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of two (2) years of supervision or financial services industry experience. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training is acceptable. Licenses and Certifications Appropriate series license(s) preferred or the ability to obtain them within an established timeframe. SIE license required unless exempt or grandfathered. Required Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. Series 65 and 63 may be substituted for Series 66. Travel Less than 25%. Workstyle Hybrid.
