College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)Institutional investor and/or 3rd party management experiencerequired5 years of supervisory Property Management experience 2 Years of Regional Manager or Asset Manager experienceIndustry certificationsProficiencywith property management software platforms (preferably Yardi andResMan)Expertisein multiple Affordable Housing Programs, including RD, TC, HUDExperience with acquisition rehab projects, lease ups, and new constructionAbility to build consensus among diverse stakeholdersStrong financial aptitude and analytical skillsValid Washington state real estate licenseMust have a valid driver’s license and be able to driveWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
