Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in the Tampa, FL area, requiring a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

Details

• 13-week contract with 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend requirement (Friday night and Saturday night)
• Floating required on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination on file

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• COVID-19 booster is not currently required, but two doses of the primary vaccine series (or an approved declination) are required
