Cardiac Cath Lab - Clinical Nurse

This role involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Include Promoting patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, including education on health management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participating in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development. Developing, implementing, and documenting personalized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients or caregivers, and ensuring continuity of care. Utilizing critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and individual factors. Maintaining safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications Include Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum education of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred. No prior experience required; two years of experience is preferred.
